With over a decade of hospitality and food service experience, Valery Joseph is proud to deliver and fulfill the ultimate Haitian cuisine experience with La Perle Restaurant and Lounge. Inspired by Haiti’s culture and finest dishes, and the desire to take part in the food industry, Valery has delivered a well-thought-out concept that brings gourmet Haitian cuisine to the North Shore and all of Boston.
Dedicated to excellence, and highly knowledgeable are just a few terms most often used to Joseph. This Haitian native was immersed in the hospitality and the food service industry from a mature age.
The modern, fun, and energetic vibe of the restaurant reflects much of the staffing and more so the colorful drinks and menu options.
